COLOR SERVICE BLOW DRYS

A complimentary 10-15 minute “Quick” blow dry is included with color services. This service allows our Assistants to blow dry your hair according to its natural texture so that you and your Colorist will be able to see your color results. For example, if you have very curly hair, your Quick Blow Dry would include the hair being dried to its natural curly texture and not straightened.
In the event that you have a special request or require a more specific style we recommend that you schedule a Blow Dry service ($45.00+) with one of our Stylists after your color service. Thank you for your cooperation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In an effort to accommodate the scheduling needs of all our guests, we will be implementing a new cancellation/no show policy as of June 1, 2010. Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Failure to cancel your appointment, or arrive at the scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of your service. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

Maintaining an environment of relaxation and calmness at Beauty & Balance Salon is very important to us. We kindly ask that our guests respect and adhere to the following:

• Cell phones are to be kept on vibrate or silent mode.
• Children are not to be left unattended. The safety of everyone in the salon is of the utmost importance.
